Mr Monkey in London, December 1st

"If he really did that dance there, he'd land in the middle of the road"

After he left the Tate Britain, Mr Monkey took a quick walk up Millbank towards Vauxhall Bridge, looking for sculptures. On the other side of the road he spotted Locking Piece by Henry Moore, which marks the top of a set of stairs used by prisoners from Millbank gaol when they were being transported to Australia. On the corner of a building he saw Jeté by Enzo Plazzotta, which is based on the idea that dancer David Wall might think it was a good idea to start a ballet halfway up a building.
