In the evening, Mr Monkey scurried along to the British Museum, to take advantage of their late opening on Friday evenings. While he was there he ran into the Great Court, and visited an exhibition called The Past From Above. He studied 100 aerial photos taken by Georg Gerster over five continents, including this picture of Gur in Iran (Mr Monkey is, of course, posing in front of a picture from the exhibition brochure).
