Mr Monkey stood by the door and watched the people of Seattle returning their library books by posting them through a hatch onto a conveyor belt. The belt takes the books up to a staff only area on level 2. Underneath the conveyor's entrance to level 2 Mr Monkey saw library patrons using scanners to check books out automatically.
