Mr Monkey left HMS Belfast and set off towards his hotel, which was on the other side of the river. He looked at a metal model of a tree, which was a lot brighter than a real tree, but a lot less tree like. Then he scampered past the Greater London Authority City Hall, where Mr Livingstone sits planning things in his top floor office.
