Mr Monkey visits Doctor Johnson's House, 2nd October

"I suppose it's a good view"

Mr Monkey thought he'd see what sort of a view Dr Johnson had had when he was compiling the dictionary. Peering out of one of the front windows he had a good view of Gough Square, and out of a window in the side of the garret he could see the back of the Maughan Library at the end of Pemberton Row. The library is part of King's College, but was originally built as the Public Records Office. When he'd finished looking out of the windows Mr Monkey ran downstairs, bought a postcard, and left Dr Johnson's House.
