Mr Monkey tours the Bridgewater Hall, 12th October

"It's an interesting building, you know"

Mr Monkey looking at the front of the Bridgewater Hall Mr Monkey examining Touchstone

Mr Monkey scampered towards the Bridgewater Hall, which looked rather like a transparent ship sailing towards St Peter's Square. He couldn't help stopping to admire the giant pebble on the square in front of the Hall, which is called Touchstone and was made by Kan Yasuda in 1996.

You can read about the building at the Bridgewater Hall website and about Kan Yasuda at the Kan Yasuda sculpture website.
