When he looked closely Mr Monkey found out that Pamela So's Boudoir featured the repeated use of a design taken from a dressing table mat. Mr Monkey's favourites were the framed versions, which looked like they were lace from a distance but turned out to be printed, and the version made of talcum powder on a mirror hanging from the wall like a table. Mr Monkey was interested to see the reflections on the wall and, rather indistinctly, on the ceiling. He was very careful not to sneeze.
