Mr Monkey in Prague, 9th June

"It's an interesting building"

Mr Monkey trotted past the Rudolfinum, which is now the home of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. Named in honour of Rudolf, Crown Prince of Austria, it was opened in 1885 and was the first home of the Czech government after independence in 1918. A little further on he came to the Čhechův bridge, where he admired the statues on top of the pillars. He didn't cross the bridge, though.

You can read about the Rudolfinum at the Rudolfinum website.
