At the top of the hill, Mr Monkey had the choice of inspecting an observatory or climbing a tower to look at Prague from above. Obviously he scampered to the tower. On the way he went through a arch in the Hladová zed' (Hunger Wall), built between 1360 and 1362 by Charles IV. He didn't actually build it himself, of course, he employed the starving poor of Prague to do the hard work.
