Mr Monkey sees What Are You Looking At? at the CAC, 26th June

"There's some writing there... and there..."

Mr Monkey searching for the writing on the wall Mr Monkey examining some of the writing on the wall

Mr Monkey realised Ksang Kin-Wah's work explores emotions hidden in relationships by hiding aggressive text around gallery space. The installation I love you more than anything else in the world and would never do anything to hurt you... is made entirely of words cut from glossy white vinyl, and Mr Monkey scurried around the dimly lit gallery finding as much of the rather disturbing text as he could. He did rather wish he'd brought a torch with him.

You can read about the exhibition at the Chinese Arts Centre website and about the artist at the TSANG Kin-wah website.
