Mr Monkey popped around the corner from HMS Victory and went into the Mary Rose Ship Hall. The Mary Rose was launched in 1511, upgraded in 1536 and then sank in 1545. It was finally salvaged from the bed of the Solent in 1982. Spending 437 years underwater didn't do much for the timbers of the ship, so there was only half a ship left for Mr Monkey to see, and even then the continual shower of polyethylene glycol that's being poured over the wood to conserve it made it hard to see anything. It all did look rather mysterious.
You can read about the Mary Rose at the Mary Rose website.
