Next Mr Monkey saw Gloria, the Living Half Lady. Like Yvette, she'd been dragged into machinery just as a famous surgeon was passing and had her life imperfectly saved, which did make Mr Monkey wonder if the sideshow people were better at making up illusions than explanations. Gloria turned out to be quite annoyed with her surgeon and got quite abusive.
