At the junction of Bank Hey Street and Victoria Street Mr Monkey saw Flogging a Dead Horse in which PAKA (apparently an adventurous and eccentric artist) chased his robotic and rather disobedient horse around. Eventually he managed to clamber aboard, but that didn't stop the horse breathing fire.
