Mr Monkey trotted back to Adelphi Street, where he saw Rag and Bone, with their band Tongues of Fire, summoning the Beast of Blackpool. There were too many people watching for Mr Monkey to see the Leviathan Horn or the Pandemonium Engine that he'd seen earlier but he did see the Beast itself looming over the crowd. After a quick snack Mr Monkey and a lot of other people went to the New Bonny Street Car Park to see Full Steam, the grand finale to Heat the Streets.
