Mr Monkey looked at an exhibit by Foray (Adam Bobette and Geraldine Juárez) which involved using the steam pouring out of the street of New York to cook hotdogs and brew tea. He examined their homemade steam powered cooker, and watched a video demonstrating how to use it. Mr Monkey isn't totally convinced it's safe - after all, steam is just over-excited water.
