Mr Monkey admired the street art (it's not grafitti because it was officially sanctioned) on the hoardings, largely because he thought it showed a monkey with a fez. Then he looked across the harbour at the Lord Nelson. The Lord Nelson first sailed in 1986 and was specially designed for the Jubilee Sailing Trust to allow people with physical and sensory impairments to crew the ship.
