Mr Monkey realised that, now that the locomotive was attached to the front of the train, getting onboard would be sensible. He trotted along the platform and clambered into an SK (second corridor) carriage from the 1960s. He peered out of one of the little windows in the corridor to look at the platform and the station buildings which were put up specially for Peak Rail. When the train started moving Mr Monkey sat down in one of the eight compartments to look at the scenery as the train set out for Matlock.
