After leaving the Marebello, Mr Monkey had a look from the promenade. He found that the view was mostly darkness, except for the rather garishly lit casino. Because of the building work on the promenade Mr Monkey passed the casino on the inland side, which meant he could look at the statues over the entrance. Then he went back to his hotel, and fell asleep.
