Mr Monkey decided to have a look at the church of the Beguinage. The 13th century church was burnt down in 1584, rebuilt 20 years later in the same style, and remodelled internally in the Baroque style in 1700. Mr Monkey looked at late 17th century choir stalls and the High Altar from a distance, but he (and all the other visitors) weren't allowed into the nave.
