Trip date : 4th May, 2011
"I'm surrounded by high walls"

Mr Monkey trotted along the towpath below Whitworth St West to Lock 90, where he looked back at the footbridges between Whitworth St West and Deansgate Locks, a development of bars and restaurants installed in the arches of the Cornbrook viaduct. Then he trotted along the towpath some more, to admire the colourful Albion Street bridge and the Albion Wharf building, which uses the facade of a building from 1868.
