Mr Monkey found that someone was leaving all sorts of Chinese decorations around Trafalgar Square. There were lanterns, and smaller lanterns, and paper butterflies, and a brightly lit stage. Mr Monkey began to wonder if it might all be something to do with the Chinese New Year.
