When he got to the American wing, Mr Monkey quickly found the Tiffany glass. He was able to inspect two leaded Favrile-glass windows, 'Dogwood', and 'Magnolias and Irises', and found out how Tiffany achieved some of his effects. Mr Monkey thinks that doing things like soldering extra bits of glass on the back of a window, or melting glass to make it more flower shaped, is cheating, really.
You can read about the work of Louis Comfort Tiffany at the Metropolitan Museum of Art website.
