Mr Monkey climbed some more stairs onto the forecastle. Looking forward to the river, he could almost imagine the Cutty Sark speeding across the water (though the signs for the Greenwich Pier rather spoilt the illusion). To port (or the left), he could see the entrance to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel, under its glass dome, and the mysterious aircraft carrier in the distance. He could also see a patch of gravel where the Gypsy Moth used to be, but isn't.
