Mr Monkey nipped nimbly through the circular bulkhead doors into the control room. Mr Monkey, being a small monkey, could move around the control room easily enough, but Mr Rik had a certain amount of difficulty with the vertical tubes that the snorkel and periscopes retract into. Mr Monkey wasn't sure how they'd actually fit a full crew of 26 men into the U3, but apparently they did.
