Mr Monkey walked along to Hamngatan, where he admired Sweden's oldest hotel, the Continental, built in 1829. This is Wallander's favourite place to eat when he's feeling extravagant. Further up the street he came to Foffos pizzeria, Wallander's favourite place to eat when he wants calories. It's also the place two girls order a taxi ride that ends in murder in Firewall.
The Continental and Foffos are 3 and 9 on the Wallander route.
