At Urbis, Mr Monkey scampered up to the first level. He looked down at the building work on the ground floor, then scurried into the exhibition. There's been a little black dress event every year since 2002, but 2006 is the first time it's been held outside the United States. It's also the first time there has been an associated exhbition.
