Passing a sign warning him not to take pleasure craft any further, Mr Monkey scurried to examine the Lowry footbridge. He realised that it was a lifting bridge, and that anyone who knows where the controls are can use the winches and counterweights on top of the towers to lift the bridge up into the air and allow large ships into the docks. Sadly, Mr Monkey couldn't see any controls.
