Mr Monkey was a little peeved to find out that looking out from the viewing platform was a bit like looking out of a gun emplacement, but he supposed that was effect Libeskind had been after. To the northwest he could see the Modewheel locks, where the Ship Canal arrives at the docks. To the east he looked through the grille down onto the Lowry and the Lowry Designer Outlet.
