Mr Monkey scampered downstairs to the undercroft. From 1373 to 1900, the undercroft was maintained by the members of the Company as a hospice for poor and infirm men and women. Mr Monkey scampered around studying the banners, made for a pageant in 1909, bearing the arms of different guilds.
