Before he got to the arts centre, Mr Monkey inspected some ornate lampposts on the St-Amandplein. Then he looked at the St-Pietersplein and thought it looked a little like a building site. As he scampered across the square towards the arts centre, he saw that a lot of people were putting the finishing touches on an underground carpark.
