Past St Michael's bridge, Mr Monkey spotted a long row of abstract paintings attached to the outer wall of Het Pand, a 13th century Dominican monastery that is now the cultural centre of Ghent University. Further up the river, Mr Monkey was intrigued by the mechanism of the swing bridge.
