Mr Monkey stopped trotting along the pier to look to either side. To the south, it was even more obvious than before that the Blackpool Tower was inspired by the Eiffel Tower, and Mr Monkey could see the Central Pier with its Ferris wheel. To the north, he could mostly see sand.
