Mr Monkey was led all the way around a city block, but beneath the streets, and then out into the open again. Because it was a late night tour, the guide was allowed to tell a lot of stories about the less reputable parts of the history of Seattle, and he found out a lot about crime, prostitution, and why it became illegal to keep flowerpots on windowsills.
