Mr Monkey crossed an imaginary border into Portugal, where he studied the castle of Guimarães. This was the birthplace of Alfonso Henriques, Portugal's first king. Carrying on into Spain, Mr Monkey was looking at some rather small windmills in La Mancha when he spotted a diminutive deluded knight about to attack one of them.
