Mr Monkey was impressed by the stained glass in the annexe to the Royal Pump Room, which combines a lot of decoration with actually letting light in. He was particularly interested to read the engraved panel announcing the opening of the annexe, for which they needed the Lord Mayor of London. Mr Monkey examined the bicycles in front of the glass, and decided that just putting the word Safety into the name of a cycle didn't make it look safer.
