Crossing a bridge to the Lowry, Mr Monkey noticed a pair of swimmers who had ignored the signs warning against swimming. Apparently the signs don't apply to people practising for the Commonwealth Games' Triathalon, which was swum, cycled and scampered the very next day.
Mr Monkey was quite interested in the TV camera, having done a stint as a TV weathermonkey just a few weeks earlier.
