Mr Monkey scurried down to the Work and Play gallery on level 2. Here he found out a lot about Victorian Stockport. He saw displays and artefacts about coal mines, brick works, light and heavy engineering, brewing and transport, and learned about what people did if they had any leisure time while there was an Industrial Revolution going on.
