Mr Monkey in York Minster, 25th February

"It's a fine sound, you know"

Mr Monkey went into the Minster by the south door. He bought a ticket to give him entry to the Minster, the Tower and the Undercroft, and found out that the Tower door was only open at certain times. So he waited in the south transept, looking at the Early English architecture and at the tomb of archbishop Walter de Gray in St Michael's Chapel, and listened to the magnificent sound of the choir and organ rehearsing.

You can read about the cathedral at the York Minster website.
