When Mr Monkey got to the Pavilion he found that it had a small coffee bar attached to it, and a couple of first floor platforms, so he bought some drinks and scampered up to get closer to the roof. When he left he saw quite clearly how Mr Gehry had designed the Pavilion as a sort of covered urban street between the gallery and the park, though he wasn't totally sure which bits were based on Leonardo da Vinci's plans for siege engines.
