Mr Monkey scampered upstairs to find out about daily life in the abbey. He pressed buttons to listen to the prayers and chants that the monks performed almost every hour of the day, listened to a meeting of the most important monks in a recreated chapter house, and found out what they ate in their refectory. He was alarmed to find that they had no bananas.
