The final section of Gallery 2 was Ambition (gold), which was concerned with the leisure time of the working classes. Mr Monkey was surprised to find out that there was a union for footballers, with a banner of its own. He also learned about the Co-Operative Movement, and had fun playing in a replica of a 1930s Co-op shop. Under the counter there's a fine selection of hats to try on (again, not in Mr Monkey's size).
