Mr Monkey scampered through the short tunnel beneath Oxford Street. Looking at the back of St James's Buildings, he couldn't help noticing the contrast between the decorated facade he'd seen on Oxford Street and the rather utilitarian and grimy back of the building. Presumably, the Calico Printers Association didn't think they needed to impress people arriving by barge.
