Mr Monkey in London

"There's more to see in the other building"

Mr Monkey with a Dennis fire engine Mr Monkey outside Winchester House

Mr Monkey inspected the Dennis fire engine from the 1930s, before the guide led him across the yard to Winchester House. This is a house with 16 bedrooms, which the first Fire Master of the London Fire Engine Establishment, James Braidwood, claimed he really, really, needed for his job. Now the museum has the top two floors, and firefighters are trained on the ground floor.
