These buildings started out as the Royal Naval Hospital for disabled seamen, then became the Royal Naval College, and finally became the Old Naval College when the Naval College moved. Now part of it is the Trinity College of Music, and part is the University of Greenwich. The small white house in the distance is the Queen's House; Wren's original design for the hospital had to be changed so as not to spoil the view from the house.
