Making his way to the central station to check some train times for a journey the next day, Mr Monkey found a pair of sculptures in the street. The chap with the tall hat is Frans Suell, who founded Malmö harbour. He not only got a statue of himself, but also a street named after him. It's only a little street, though. The tied up gun is by Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd. It's called Non-Violence, and they've got one outside the United Nations in New York.
You can read a bit about Frans Suell and Malmö harbour at the Malmö Stad website.
