Mr Monkey carried on around the ramparts. Looking back at the tower, he noticed that there were a lot of cannonballs stuck in the side. These are left over from the 1719 siege. Mr Monkey considered the thickness of the tower wall, and suspected they must have been trying to shoot through the windows. Walking along the thinnest part of the ramparts, Mr Monkey was almost distracted by the nearby freight terminal, but he managed to avoid falling off the wall. And so did Mr Rik.
