Mr Monkey at the Gothenburg Maritime Centre

"It's quite clean for an engine room, really"

Mr Monkey paused for a moment to look back across the covered hold of the Fryken, which could carry 1250 tons of freight. He jumped down into the engine room to see the motors that powered the Fryken across Lake Vänem. The Fryken was built at the time when motor vessels were replacing steamships, and the engine room still smells of diesel, which isn't Mr Monkey's favourite scent.
