In the evening, Mr Monkey set out to Welsh Back to find food for his humans. Going the long way by Queen Square, he passed a pub called the Hole in the Wall, which might have been the inspiration for the Spyglass Inn in Treasure Island. On Welsh Back itself, he took his humans to eat at the Spyglass, a restaurant with a floating kitchen, tables on the quayside, and excellent food.
