Mr Monkey looked around the Castle Square, which isn't really square. He admired a statue of Tomas Garrigue Masaryk, who became the first president of Czechoslovakia in 1918, and spotted one of the vintage sightseeing cars in the middle of the square. Amongst the palaces, he admired the Archbishop's Palace, built in 1562-64 for Anton Brus and rebuilt as a Baroque palace in 1669-94.
