Mr Monkey inspected the award winner in the Art category, || : Repetition : ||, Fugue No.1 in QWERTY for 8 Typewriters by MMU graduate Naomi Kashiwagi, who specialises in finding new uses for old technologies such as typewriters and wind-up gramophones. While he was reading the score, Mr Monkey listened to a recording of the piece being played by four typists and four percussionists.
